"Ulcerative colitis treated at QMC"

Last September I attended QMC to treat an ulcerative colitis. I do not have a specific issue to highlight; however, I do have an observation. Whilst inpatient care was thorough, however, the contrast to outpatient care is significantly worse. I have had this condition since I was eighteen and, before the flare up last year, I was regularly updated by the outpatient co-ordinator. Since her departure, I have felt that I was the only one with awareness of my drug list and daily intake. Often I have been unclear on what blood tests I should be having.
