I was cleared for discharge from hospital just after 2.00 pm. At 7.00 pm I was totally fed up and left the hospital without my prescription. Talking to other patients this amount of waiting time seems to be a common occurance. I am normally a patient person but after 2 nights with little sleep, I think that a wait of over four hours is totally unacceptable
