Even though I have been late to a couple of appointments at Guernsey House, I have still been seen by a doctor. I appreciate this.

Thank you for your posting, we recognise that sometimes our service users can find it difficult to attend on time. Despite this it is always our desire to fit you in so you can still be seen by a doctor.

If you are finding it difficult to attend your appointments on time it may be useful for you to see one of our drug workers who can help you manage this better. You can do this by speaking to the recption staff or by calling the clinic.
