Was taking to A,E 2 days before Christmas, staff very nice and caring, so a big thank you A,E. I was sent to ward 46 and it went down hill from then I did not get to see a doctor, from the Tuesday till the following Monday, I asked the nurse to see if it was possible to see someone as I was in so much pain she was very reluctant to disturb the junior doctor, who did not have a clue what to say or do so back to square one. Suffer in silence and shut up. Most of the nursing staff were fine but there were a couple who let the ward down shame on them. When I did get to see the doctor on the Monday, he was rude abrupt and did not carless about the way I was, Tuesday his Reg came to see me and his bed side manner was no better he has learned his bad attitude from the consultant as they both spoke the same. Were does this Hospital, get of allowing this to happen and continuing to allow this to be repeated time and time again like it does with myself I have complained several times and it still makes know difference you turn a blind eye, Very sad there is no care at the RVI anymore. Matron was no help either.
