About: Solihull Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I ended up in A&E with a relative. Most of the staff were lovely....... very overworked, but lovely! !

We were sat in the waiting room and a health care assistant was behind the desk talking about in an inappropriate.

This continued for about 10 minutes.

We found the content VERY disturbing! ! ! ! ! !
