About: New Victoria Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I have attended the Victoria in Glasgow now 3 times and met several staff members of different occupations.

To keep it short I am so happy with the treatment I have had so far from all of them, in particular my physiotherapist Rachel Wylie who has been very helpful and pleasant to work with, what a joy

.Hello – my name is Niall Mc Grogan. I lead a small team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde that seeks to involve patients and carers in the work of the NHS. We support our colleagues seek and use feedback to help make improvement to services. We also engage with community and voluntary groups to help build relationships with local people and their hospitals.
