"Wansbeck general Hospital,Ashington. labour and delivery,my experience"

I gave birth in march this year. I hadn't visited the hospital before as i have a slight phobia about them.when i first arrived i noticed the good security on the ward and ow clean and tidy it was. I was in a room with 2 nurses at the start and my babys heartbeat was constantly monitored.When my babys heartbeat started dropping with every contraction i was amazed by how many staff were in the room with me and despite the scary circumstances i felt surprising at ease.The nurses and doctors that i came into contact with were helpful and comforting and felt like they had all the time in the world for you.i have nothing but praise for the staff there.they gave me great advice and despite the complications with the delivery,on the whole it was a positive experience.
