"admin disgusting"

I agree entirely with a review posted here about the admin involving the eye clinic. I also spent hours and hours trying to get an earlier eye appt. Phones not answered, when did get through i was cut off. Eventually when appt day came found admin staff unfriendly. Did visit pals office to complain prior to appt out of frustration, never had a response from them. Now awaiting a further appt. How long will that take?
