I wanted to write and thank the fantastic team of staff at the Royal Derby Hospital. I have a lower back problem and following a GP referral was sent to the Royal Derby A & E Dept. We were bowled over by the level of care we were provided with. The service was better than expected - from the nursing care to the consultants, it was fantastic. Very special thanks to the consultant for his thorough examination and friendly easy-going manner. We were disappointed to hear other patients complaining at the nurses, but was impressed by the patient way that the nurses handled the situation. I would definitely recommend the hospital to anyone. Thanks again.
