"Disgusting treatment"

I recently had an infection after tonsillectomy so was sent onto a ward after 9 hours of waiting The following day I had bleeding and was very frightened. The nurses on the ward told me to go back to bed and one particular nurse told me to stop been a baby and that she usually works in the blood department and there is nothing wrong with me!I cried feeling terrified with 3 hours of non stop bleeding. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff are not professional and the majority lack in any empathy. Even though I live near Wakefield I will visiting another hospital from now on.
