"Patient satisfaction"

Good afternoon,I was seen in the Urgent Care Centre at Ealing Hospital on 15th December with a swollen ankle.It was Xrayed and subsequently found to be fractured. I had a follow up appointment on 2nd January. I would like to say how professional and friendly the staff were;from the Housekeeping staff to the Orthapaedic Registrar. People are very quick to complain but slow to compliment. I know,as I work within the health Service myself. So many thanks to all. Marie Therese Hurl
