About: Conquest Hospital

I found the staff very helpful on Baird ward but I am disgusted with the staffing levels. My mum was extremely ill as were most of the patients and yet the management seem to think that two members of night staff is adequate.

However, we are concerned that you felt staffing levels were not adequate.
