"Mother admitted as an emergency"

I phoned 111 on behalf of my mother who was struggling to breath - have to say they were very good and ordered an ambulance. The care given by the ambulance staff was kind and caring as was the staff at A & E The great care continued on the ward. I was very impressed with the care and attention given to my mother. I would like to thank all concerned for making our beloved mother better and treating her with kindness and respect.
