whilst admitting my father to a&e recently ,allround service from everyone exceptional, as much as it could be. it's clear staff are completely over stretched,even working thirteen hour shifts, and being very lucky to actually getting a break, I certainly couldn't do it . also to say this hospital is a brandnew build there was not a bed available on any ward to accommodate him. this I understand is a national problem ! and needs urgent attention from government, and as the NHS belongs to us all it has to be a matter that we cannot afford to push to one side . I wander the publics view of of privatisation.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear the care your father received in Accident and Emergency was good and are sorry that there was not a bed available for him due to extreme winter pressures at the time. Thank you for support of our services, it is very much appreciated.
