New Year's Eve, arrived 17:30-ish, out in less than 2 hours. No long waits, pleasant and attentive staff all the way through. Could not have expected better anywhere. My only reservation is that the signage from the vehicle entrance to A&E is very hard to see in the dark. Brighter, bigger would be better.
