"Brilliant!"

I am writing to praise the care my I would like to say what a brilliant hospital this is. My late Mum was in Sarratt ward for nearly 3 months earlier in the year, and recently on Croxley ward where she sadly passed away. Mum was so happy during her stay there and did not stop singing all the staff praises from Doctors, nurses household staff. We as a family also spent a lot of time at the hospital, and was always treated with care, respect and dignity. All the patients were looked after, fed and never left without the care they deserve. All the staff worked endlessly to make sure the patients were well cared for. Mum was also in the AAU which was also excellent. We can never thank all the staff enough.
