"Wrong prescription"

About: New Cross Hospital

Found Reception staff appeared to be very unorganised. The consultant my Father saw put the wrong name on his prescription which unfortunately we didn't realise untill we was at the chemist! I then had to speak to three different people to rectify the problem!
