About: Spire Liverpool Hospital

There is a complete breakdown of communication between ward staff and patient. You get the feeling that if you are not a self paying customer and you are NHS Refered that there is a class distinction. However the consultants who care for you are of excellent quality, it's the reception and nursing staff that need to be able to care for you Nhs or self paying.
