I recently visited the Colposcopy department and they were great! There was 3 members of staff and one student during my session and they made me feel at such ease and gave me great reassurance. I was really pleased with the team and the professionalism of it all. I did have to wait nearly an hour to be called in but I guess that's hospitals for you.
