"Assessment process"

About: Springfield University Hospital

(as a service user),

My assessment took much longer than it was necessary. I had my first asessment in Septemebr followed by another one in the middle of December. I believe that had there been more qualified assessors, I would not have had to wait (and waste) so much time waiting for another assessment. The other assessment was carried out. I was told that this Trust - because of the gap in services - is not able to provide any suitable treatment.
