"Excellent care!"

I was on Trauma and Orthopaedics for an elective right knee arthroscopy on 17 Nov 2014. From the ward staff to the Consultant's team to the theatre staff, it was the best hospital experience I have ever had. All staff were kind, friendly, explained things and were caring. It was particularly good compared to an absolutely dreadful experience I'd had only the previous month at the Alex in Redditch where I was treated as an inconvenience (I have left a review for them) Thank you everyone at Worcester Royal, I can't praise you enough!
