"really un happy"

Ive been in agony since last september with my teeth, im petrified of dentistsm i build up the curage to get into a dentist, to be told i need 5 teeth out, ive choosen blackburn hospital as its closer, i funally get an appointment for 5th feb 2015 only to look at them, today get a letter saying they have to cancel it so now have to go 26th feb, ive been so in pain over christmas, no pain releif is working, i have a heart condition to which my chest gas now started to hurt, i suffer from anxiety too just feel like they dont care about how i feel, its a complete joke.
