"Consultant"

I had been referred to see my consultant and I was meeting him for the first time. Having been under the same consultant for over a decade I was weary about seeing another consultant and trusting their opinion. Immediately walking into the room I was met with a big smile and a handshake. He had a very warm presence and was very calming and reassuring. I understood what was going on the whole time and felt like I was in very safe and capable hands. He is genuinely a very lovely person and knows very well what he is doing. I am very glad I got to meet him. He is the type of doctor I aspire to be!
