The reception area of the Xray department was excellent. But unfortunately The Radiographer was very curt and I felt their manner was unnecessarily brusque.. My husband was asked to change without any acknowledgement of his age or condition. . He was asked to move for the X ray in a way that was painful for him without any explanation. The whole situation was an upsetting experience for him. We had been called in at short notice by our GP and we were concerned about the urgency. My husband is in considerable discomfort at the moment and has trouble walking. Just an upsetting experience.
