"Happy hardworking staff"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Slipped on a wet floor and broke the ball off my femur. Fantastic service from everybody, from the ambulance crew to the day I left hospital. Happy, hard working staff, all of them. I can't thank them enough

Dear Isabella

Ouch!!!

Thank you for taking the time to express your gratitude to staff. I will be delighted to share your post; however I could direct it to the specific ward and management team if you were able to tell me which ward you were in.

Hope you are recovering well

Regards

Louise Ewing
