Arrived early on Christmas Eve for my two appointments and was greeted by friendly staff in the Eye Department Ward 9 of this hospital. Everyone was very cheerful and had time to make each patient int he waiting areas feel comfortable. I was called almost immediately for sight test and after the usual check questions, the nurse returned me to the waiting area to wait on the Specialist ( as it had only been four months since my last "field test" it wasn`t necessary for me to undergo another one this time) which wasn`r very long. After his examination he could see that my right plug in the tear duct was missing and so had to put another in. He outlined his actions and within a few minutes all done and I was on my way out. Waiting at the desk to make next appointment I realised that I was out before my initial time. That`s what I call Super Staff and Super Service....
