Firstly please forgive my delay in responding to your post. Not sure if it's because of the holiday season but for some reason I was not notified of your review in the way I normally am, I have only just discovered your story on the website by chance this morning.

I am sorry, I usually like to post a reply as quickly as I can. As a Trust we are very grateful when people take the time to share their experiences with us and so acknowledging and acting promptly on all reviews matters to us. We know how much it helps us to continually improve.
