"Fantastic care at breast clinic"

I visited the breast clinic on 17th Dec 14 and had an extremely caring experience. All of the nursing and medical staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble, and all staff listened to my worries and I did not feel rushed at any point.Thank you! The NHS can be brilliant. Please pass on my thanks to the staff.

Dear Hazel, I am imaging that this approintment was a very difficult one for you so close to the Christmas holidays. It's lovely to hear that all the members of the team that you met were able to reassure you and give you the kindness and support that you needed to relieve some of your anxiety. Like you, I am a big fan of the NHS - our staff have been working incredibly hard over Christmas and New Year to meet the needs of all the patients and families we serve - your thoughtful feedback is very much appreciated.
