About: King's Mill Hospital

I chose the King's Mill Hospital thinking they would be less busy than QMC and thus more likely to get an appointment sooner. Well, they were indeed less busy - to the point to cancel my appointments twice because they lack staff! The first time I did not even get a call, I simply got a letter rescheduling the appointment to a completely unsuitable day and hour and had to call and again reschedule it; the second time around they cancelled on the very day of the appointment and offered another after a month! If they lack the doctors needed to perform the patient checks, they might as well close the hospital down. I am absolutely dissatisfied and next time I'm definitely choosing the QMC.
