Thank you for your posting. The trainers work hard to ensure the sessions are up to date, full of useful content and as interactive as possible to make sure everyone gets something our of the session. It is really good to know that you got something for the time you spent with us. Don't forget the Resource Centre is always there to help you with resources, literature and advice if you need it.
