"awful staff attitude"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

my mum got taken into a&e by ambulance Due to ongoing medical condition I phone a&e to ask how my she was doing they told me she had been transferred to hdu where a nurse said she would transfer me she put the phone down on me so I had to ring the hospital switchboard back again when I eventually got through the nurse said I will transfer you to hdu I eventually got through where I spoke to a awful doctor I asked how she was doing and she said she was ok and that she was been admitted to ward 4 and that's it she didn't even tell me what was the matter with Her I understand that doctors are busy but I didn't feel involved as to what was happening with my mum as I was worried as it is and then not been given any information.
