(as a relative),

about 10. 50am on 23 dec my wife fell over boarding a bus in royal parade plymouth. she cut her shin. the bus driver called for an ambulance, which arrived very swiftly. the crew wre very kind and skilled we were taken to the ambulance bus in the shopping area, where we were kindly attended to by a very kind and skilled paramedic. the service could not have been better. thankyou to all involved.
