"Heart monitor fitting"

I had a heart monitor fitted for 24 hour. In the cardiology department at Princess Royal – not a great deal of explanation was given to me. I presume? The result of this test will be forwarded to my GP – I’m not quite sure where I go from here. I will contact my GP in a week or so – that is if she doesn’t contact me.
