About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Within three weeks from visiting my GP Dr Basha with hearing problems I had seen the audiologist had hearing test returned to see him. Had my two new hearing aids fitted, what a brilliant service! !

I cannot thank everyone enough from the ladies on the phone who contacted me, Chloe and Alison to Simon the audiologist (a very nice man who made me feel very comfortable as I get quite stressed in this type of situation, doctors, hospitals etc..) To Dr Basha from Limes Walk Medical Practice who set the ball rolling, thank you!
