About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Dermatology Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

A long time between GP referral and appointment that condition is not urgent. Doctor who saw me very friendly and helpful explaining what would be done If I agreed and explaining what about non-urgency and longer wait to be done at Donnington.

As the doctor explained all referrals are prioritised according to clinical need to ensure that any urgent referrals are seen before routine referrals.

The waiting times can vary for routine referrals depending upon the number of referrals the clinic has received.
