"I cannot praise the clinic enough"

(as the patient),

I cannot praise the clinic enough. Dr Koshy was extremely kind and considerate, putting me at my ease when I was very nervous about going into the theatre. Because of my nervousness instead of a general anesthetic Dr Koshy discussed alternatives with me and the operation went ahead with a different plan.

I hope to see Dr Koshy in January when I return for a check up.

Any operation can be daunting but being able to change the plan to suit your needs shows true patient centered care.
