About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

In general I was treated well and kept informed about everything. The time it took to send the MRI scan to my doctors should have been a week to 10 days and turned out to be over 5 weeks.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent referral.

I am disappointed to hear that the results of your MRI took longer than anticipated to reach your GP. However TRAQS do not actually process referrals for MRI requests as they are sent directly from the practice to Alliance Healthcare who provide the mobile MRI scanner to the community clinics.The results are then shared with the referring GP when they are available.
