My elderly father in law has been attending the normal clinic for his feet for around 7 or 8 years. I always go with him.

Recently he has started attending the podiatry centre at Dewsbury. There is a stark difference between Dewsbury and the previous clinic. That’s not to say the other place is bad. The attention to detail and care is amazing. At the previous clinic, we felt a bit like we were encouraged to give our opinion or leave comments. At Dewsbury it is more a case of them doing their job and not looking for praise, which is why I felt the need to share my comments.

The staff have been excellent. They’ve not asked for any comments but I just wanted to praise them. I must also say this isn’t a negative comment about the other clinic, as the service was still good.
