About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Referred to hospital by doctor but did not receive an appointment. Surgery had failed to refer to TRAQS. Rang through about appointment, spoke to (Julie? ) member of TRAQS team.

Excellent service

• Rang the surgery on my mother’s behalf

• I hung up when there was still no response

• Found a date very quickly

I am sorry that your mother had problems and that her referral was not completed by the Practice when she expected it to be done.

However, I am pleased that the TRAQS team were able to intervene to ensure that a suitable appointment was booked promptly.
