About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

I hope this Is the correct place to post this , my husband came for an appt last week we are really happy with the physio , my concern is that a member of your staff upset my son in the local post office regarding his fathers condition in front of other people, is there no confidentiality policy in place?

I am sorry to hear that whilst the service your husband received at Ilkeston Hospital was good the experience your son received was rather different. We are very concerned to hear them.
