"Excellent care"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was treated for croup at our holiday apartment.

I phoned 111 and an ambulance was dispatched within about 5 minutes. Lee and Deb (1802) were the paramedics, they were both amazing - very calm, kind and excellent with my son. Treatment was administered and then Lee followed up with a phone call a few hours later. Excellent care.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
