"Don't judge a book by its cover"

I can not thank Medways Kent Ward and their MCU department enough. We left Kent Ward yesterday with our new arrival of Baby Harley brought into this world by C-Section. From the start pre-op to being discharged Kent Ward were incredible and can not find one fault, whenever we needed assistance sometimes not one but two midwifes would come to see if we are ok and if they can help. They answered all the questions first time parents would ask and they made sure mother and baby are healthy and recovering quickly, before you may assume that it was quiet on the ward all the beds were full and we wouldn't have even noticed no matter how busy the staff were the quality never faulted. Now the main reason for my review MCU with the consultant and her team we must of seen and had help from them at least 20 different occasions as Harley was a breach baby. I can not recommend them any higher and believe that without their help Harley would not have been as fit and healthy as he was. They were caring, professional, kind, thoughtful, everything they done was 5 star the kind of quality you would expect if you went private.
