"Exceptional empathy"

I visited the Boothroyd Centre this morning for several procedures. I was very apprehensive and nervous. However, the care, empathy and kindness I received from all the people who looked after my husband and I during this worrying time was exemplary. Many thanks to all involved. Merry Christmas and many thanks.
