"Beware, some terrible staff!!!"

Brought in by ambulance in excruciating pain. We dealt with 2 members of staff. The second one was competent, however she had taken over from the first one who was exceptionally unhelpful: she deliberately withheld assistance when asked for and was so obviously needed!!! She was rude, dismissive, uninterested, obstructive, argumentative and quite simply a disgrace to the medical profession!!! On top of all that she was very difficult to understand, which is not helpful in any medical situation and especially not when people are brought into Urgent Care.
