Always spoken to rudely. Most midwives are unfriendly and uncaring of your situation and speak in the worst way possible to a woman who is in extreme pain. They have no respect or sensitivity training. If someone is in pain or scared, they should be spoken to gently and not be disrespected in the manner that they are treated. Before I went here I heard the staff was bad but did not believe it...now I feel like I am walking on egg shells to go and have my baby, scared of how I am going to be treated. These women should either be properly trained or find a new line of work because midwifery is not for them from what I have witnessed. I am from America and thought that having midwives and things would be better in this country than the USA but the best thing they have been good at so far is taking blood and absolutely nothingelse.....I may have to spend more money in the USA but I know that I am not going to break down in tears because of the attitude problems I receive from doctors or nurses and I know for a fact that I am safe.
