Very dissapointing visit to fracture clinic. Not one member of staff introduced themselves, it appeared the information board regarding Consultant in clinic room was wrong. We spent 4 hours there with no clear instrucyion and came away with no clear plan. Clinic consultation interupted three times whilst staff discussed other patients and reviewed their xrays in front of us. Blood tests taken in the waiting room in front of everyone. No advice given how to manage injury, pain or mobility of limb or what to be concerned about.
