"Worst administration ever accounted"

My Doctor referred me to the PRU for a check for irregular heart beat to the Cardiac Unit they lost the first letter they then lost the fax the third fax they managed to hang on to. It took 5 moths to get the appointment..The Doctor told me my GP would receive a letter with his recommendations in 2 weeks, it is now more than 3 weeks and my GP has still not received the letter its about 5 miles from the PRU to Chislehurst?I was told that an irregular heart beat could be serious buy obviously not to the PRU. The result is I dislocated my shoulder Dec 2013 and I am still waiting for the operation, because of the incompetent admin in the PRU.
