I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.

Unfortunately I didn't post my story correctly! What I meant to say was how pleased I was, the staff were efficient and considerate, the procedure was painless and I left with a written report. First-class service,and I had the appointment only ten days after my GP referred me. Very impressed by the local NHS in this instance.
