"Information needed on attending for X-ray"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Have received a referral form from my GP entitled "Department of medical Imaging" for an X-ray - there is no further information on form i.e. clinic times & days, which zone the department is etc.

So I decided to go to the hospital website and I am still none the wiser as there is no information at all on the website. Would be useful if days and times were published and where to go within the hospital were published.
