"Credit where credit is due"

I attended the hospital today (17 December2014) to have a colonoscopy and am extremely happy to report that I found everything as well run and efficient as I have done on previous visits. From the moment I spoke to the lady on the Ward's Reception to the time of my departure after procedure I received nothing but excellent service from the Doctors, Nurses and Auxiliary team members on duty at the time. Their attention to detail and very clear briefings to me made me feel well at ease and fully aware of what the procedure entailed. All in all I have never been able to fault my treatment at this hospital whenever I have had the need to attend. There are many names that I identified but in case of my overlooking any one person I offer my sincerest thanks to all concerned. Seasons greetings to all. Barry Darby
